What is a mobile notary?

A mobile notary is a notary public who travels to your home, office, or another place that is convenient for you to notarize your documents.

A mobile notary saves you time and stress by coming to you. You do not have to travel, wait in line, or adjust your schedule around bank hours.

Identification and Legal Requirements

Do I need to bring identification?

Yes, you must have a valid form of photo ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID. The name on your ID must match the name on your documents.

Without proper ID, I cannot notarize your documents. Florida law requires valid identification for every signing.

Yes, but the parent or guardian must be present, and valid identification is required for the signer if they are of legal age to sign.

Appointments and Scheduling

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can call, email, or fill out the contact form on my website. I will confirm a time and place that works best for you.
